DT64 Silicon Diode Thermometer

The DT64 series of silicon diode thermometers utilize specially designed silicon diodes suitable for low-temperature temperature measurements. Compared to ordinary silicon diodes, the DT64 series silicon diodes are characterized by good repeatability, low dispersion, and easy measurement at low temperatures due to the relatively high temperature dependence of the resistance value. All DT64 series silicon diode thermometers follow a voltage-temperature (V-T) curve better, resulting in better interchangeability.


Features


 Low excitation current and thus small self-heating effect; Conforms to standard curves and has good interchangeability; Multiple packages, not easily damaged, resistant to temperature shocks, and easy to install.

Lead wire length: 1 meter, four-wire; Lead wire material: four-color phosphor bronze low-temperature wire; Standard curve: DT64 standard curve; Temperature range: 4K~325K; Recommended excitation current: 10µA ±0.1%; Maximum reverse voltage: 75V; Maximum current before damage: 100mA for long time or 500mA for an instant; Recommended dissipation under excitation: 20µW@4.2K; 10µW @77K; 6µW@300K; Radiation effect: only recommended for use in low radiation situations; Magnetic field effect: not recommended for use in magnetic field environments; Repeatability: ±10mK@77K (from 100 thermal shock tests from 300K to 77K).
